The short version: free tracked shipping to all 50 states, replace or refund if a box arrives damaged, and no-questions returns on anything unopened.

SHIPPING

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. United States only, all 50 states. Every order ships tracked, and you'll get a tracking number via email within 48 hours of your order.

DAMAGED OR WRONG

If your box shows up damaged, or we send the wrong thing, email a photo tosupport@rationbar.com within 7 days of delivery. We replace the box or refund it in full, your call. A person reads that inbox and answers.

RETURNS

Unopened boxes: no questions asked. Emailsupport@rationbar.com, we arrange the return, and you receive a full refund.

Opened boxes cannot be returned for restocking: once the seal on a food product is broken, it cannot safely be resold. If something is wrong with a box you have opened, email us anyway and we will make it right.
