HOW SWEET IS IT
R-04 is one of the batch’s two fully savory bars: cheese, salt, and jalapeno heat do all the talking, and the small allulose dose in the recipe is there to bind. The gently sweet pair is R-01 Toasted Oat and R-02 Tart Cherry; nothing in the batch gets near candy.
WHAT’S IN IT
Every ingredient, in the order it goes in.
Whey protein isolate, soluble tapioca fiber (resistant dextrin), protein crisps, milk protein isolate, vegetable glycerin, cheddar cheese powder (cheddar cheese, whey, salt), toasted oats (rolled oats and oat flour), water, jalapeno pepper powder. Contains 2% or less of: allulose, lime powder, sea salt, sunflower lecithin, high-oleic sunflower oil.
Contains: milk.
Milk from two sources: dairy proteins and real cheddar cheese.
