Gently. R-02 is one of the batch’s two gently sweet bars: real tart cherry leads and a hint of sweetness rounds the edge, with a measured dose of allulose, our sweetener, underneath. Gentle is the ceiling; it never gets near candy.

Every ingredient, in the order it goes in.

Whey protein isolate, soluble tapioca fiber (resistant dextrin), protein crisps, milk protein isolate, almond flour, freeze-dried tart cherries, vegetable glycerin, almond butter (almonds), water. Contains 2% or less of: allulose, toasted oats, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, sea salt.

Contains: milk, tree nuts (almonds).

Almond flour and almond butter throughout; the milk is from the dairy proteins.

For the late-afternoon reach that usually ends in dessert. This one stops at tart.
